Drake Kemper is a Teenager with a Cause,
That Cause is Getting the Word out on Childrens Cancer.

Drake Kemper is a teen who has decided to use his acting and comedy career to help for the Children's Cancer Research Fund each year in Los Angeles . Drake has been one of the All Stars involved in getting out the word also doing the Master of Ceremony for the Kids 4 Kids 5K Walk/Run at LA Live.

Though only a teenager, Drake has already lost 4 four friends to cancer all under the age of 20.

Drake now has decided to take the Childrens Cancer cause across the US by putting it on the side of his car and driving across the country in the highest profile road rally in the world, The Bullrun 2010 Rally.

Drake and his teen co-driver will be part of the road rally driving his Porsche Boxster Spec racecar he races at Willow Springs International Raceway in California. While Drakes racecar is affordable and has to maintain certain stock characteristics, he will be competing against exotic supercars that easily cost hundreds of thousand of dollars.

Drakes mission is to get as much publicity out on Childrens Cancer and CCRF because giving back is important to who he is. By being invited into the Bullrun as a teenage celebrity who wants to promote awareness for Childhood Cancer and to show young people everywhere that you can have Fun and Make a Difference.

1. How did you feel when you were selected to participate in this Bullrun? Do you have any fears or expectations being that you are the youngest on the road? Well I sent a random email off to Lana at Bull Run...telling her that I would love to race in the relay..and our team would be two 19 year olds...that are in the industry...and that I thought we would be able to target the Teen Audience...It was a long shot at best so I thought!...I was BLOWN away when I got an email back from Bull Run inviting me to race in the rally...and that they were paying the $15,000 entry fee for me to race!!! I was super excited when I found out! At first I thought it was a joke, until I saw that the email address that sent it to me was legit. I immediately called my Mom, and my best friends. I was literally jumping up and down for the next three days. I don't really have any fears about the race because I am used to driving, I love driving, and I am an experienced driver. The only fear I have is too many cops pulling me over.

2. Why did you want to participate in this race? I have wanted to do the BullRun for a few years now, ever since the TV show came out, I wanted to do the Rally. I never thought I would have the chance to though. It just seems like a ton of fun! Driving 3000 miles with a bunch of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, etc. Stopping at racetracks, seeing this beautiful country, and having fun! And that I was going to use this opportunity to bring an awareness for CCRF and race in the memory of many family friends whom have lost their life to cancer...if I can use my acting to benefit anyone challenged with Cancer... then I know that I am living a life with a purpose...making a difference to these kids and their families is very important to me.

3. How have you prepared for this race? Well I had very very short notice (12 days from notification until the day of the race), so I did as much as I could in a short amount of time. I got a new transmission for my car, a new exhaust, new brakes, new tires, a CB Radio (to talk to other cars), a Police Scanner, a Radar Detector, Walkie Talkies, video cameras for filming outside the car (front and rear), and a video camera for filming the inside of the car. I will also bring my laptop along with my internet card and broadcast live to my Twitter followers.

4. What is it about CCRF that makes them the charity of choice for you to raise awareness for their cause? I have been helping out CCRF for three years now (I annually host their Kids4Kids Run/Walk in Los Angeles), and It is just a great cause. Nobody deserves cancer, especially someone who hasn't had the chance to experience a lot of things in life yet. The cure starts with Children. If we can solve it as babies, it will never grow into adults. CCRF also has a great bunch of people working for them that make you feel like family =).

5. What do you hope to get out of this race? I hope to get the experience of a lifetime. I'm obviously not going to win (that sounds pessimistic, but my car is the slowest one), I just want to go have fun, see sights that I've never seen, meet new people, spread the word about CCRF, and show some of my Twitter Followers how I like to have fun, proving to them that you don't have to drink or party to have a good time, that it can come from something simple like a roadtrip =).

6. P.S, What I hope NOT to get out of this race, is a lot of tickets ha ha.
